Inaugural IMHA
Mustang Show
Join us for the Inaugural International Mustang Horse Association Show, October 17–19 in Yamhill, Oregon! This first-ever event is a celebration of the versatility, trainability, and heart of the American Mustang. Exhibitors will compete across a full slate of classes including In-Hand Obstacle/Compulsory, Mounted Obstacle/Compulsory, Showmanship, Western & English Pleasure, and the Mustang Versatility Rail & Trail. Divisions are open for Professional, Amateur, and Youth competitors, giving every level of rider and handler the chance to showcase their skills and partnership with their mustangs. How to Host: Hosting an IMHA approved event is a great way to promote mustang competition, training, and community engagement while allowing participants to earn official IMHA points. To host an event: Choose Your Event Type Submit an Application – Complete the IMHA Application Form at least 30 days before the event. Meet IMHA Requirements – Your event must include an IMHA judge (for competitions), insurance coverage with IMHA listed as additionally insured, and adherence to IMHA rules & standards. Verify Results & Submit – After the event, submit verified results, attendance records, and tracking sheets within 14 days to ensure participants earn points. Approved events provide a structured, fair, and professional experience while helping mustangs and riders gain recognition. Apply today and bring the mustang community together!
